Led by two assistant principals, this session will highlight four key initiatives that have proven successful in enhancing relationships and school culture at the high school level, with opportunities for implementation across all grade levels:

Bridging Connections: Initiatives like Restorative Circles that bring students, staff, and families together, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that every voice is heard.
Building Trust: Programs such as Planting Growth that encourage transparency, open communication, and mutual respect among all members of the school community.
Fostering Engagement: Strategies like Building Relationships through Clubs that increase participation, collaboration, and shared ownership, creating a vibrant school culture.
Empowering Growth: Opportunities such as Partner Pathways that support both personal and academic development for students and staff, cultivating a growth mindset and resilience.

By the end of this training, participants will walk away with practical tools and strategies that can be implemented immediately to strengthen relationships, build trust, and cultivate a more connected school community.
